Event: LiftUp RVA 5k
This charming course starts at West End Assembly of God, and winds its way through the hills of Sleepy Hollow neighborhood off Parham Rd. It's a challenging course for serious runners or a delightful Saturday stroll for walkers. Registration for this event will begin at 7:00 AM. There are no wave starts, but competitive runners will be able to start ahead of all joggers & walkers. Prizes for 1st, 2nd & 3rd place, both male & female. All participants get a t-shirt.

Event: Kid's 1-Miler
This 1-Mile fun run will take place all on the property of West End Assembly of God. The kids are cheered on the whole way by a great crowd of families and 5K participants. Ages 4-11 welcome. Prizes for 1st, 2nd & 3rd place. All participants get a t-shirt.
