Friends of Richmond K-9 Harry Pherson Memorial 5K for K-9's

Friends of Richmond K-9 invites you to participate in the 6th annual 5k run/walk to support the Richmond Police Department K-9 Unit! This race will is held not only to support the Richmond Police department K-9 Unit, but also in memory of retired K-9 Officer and Friends of Richmond K-9 board member, Harry Pherson, who passed away in August, 2018. Harry was a cherished friend and colleague whose passion for working dogs and the Richmond Police Department K-9 Unit was an inspiration to many and integral in forming Friends of Richmond K-9.

There will be vendor tables and light food and drink at the finish line of the 5k. We will also present a police K-9 demo at the end of the race, with our drug and patrol dogs. There will be opportunities for everyone to have their picture taken with the Officers and K-9's.
