RTC Track Clinic by Sponsor Active Recovery & Performance

Dr. Green will cover run specific drills and a simple, low time-consuming, dynamic warm up to do before running - so important for prepping the body for hard work, and for injury prevention. 

The intro and warmups start at 5:45 pm and will last about 30 minutes with Dr. Green leading that portion followed by RTC's track workout from 6:15 pm -7:15 pm
