Parking is Limited in Centennial Park
- Please make every effort to carpool if you are driving to the event. We are sharing Centennial Park with other users and parking is limited in the park.
- Allow enough time to park and walk to the Event Village, which is located in the South Area of the park near Pavilions A, B & C. The area will be congested. Allow even more time if you need to register and check-in. And allow even more time if you park in an overflow lot. See the Event Village Map HERE.
- Parking volunteers in orange t-shirts and reflective vests will direct traffic and guide you to parking areas. Please be courteous and park only where directed.
**NOTE Changes to OVERFLOW PARKING Options
Overflow parking is available in several locations.
- The FRONT parking lot of Columbia Presbyterian Church at 10001 Clarksville Pike (MD-108) is located across Route 108 from Centennial Park’s south entrance. Parking is permitted only in the front lot this year. It is about a 7-10 minute walk to the Event Village.
- Parking at Pavilion H in the East Area of Centennial Park will be reserved for Every Step Counts participants. It is about a 20-min walk through the park to the Event Village.
- Burleigh Manor Middle School at 4200 Centennial Lane, Ellicott City, MD. Shuttle vans will run about every 7-10 mins, with stops at the back parking lot and in front of the school. The shuttle ride takes about 12-min to 15-min to the Event Village. Please plan an extra half hour to arrive on time for your event.
RESERVED PARKING for VIPs/Entertainers/Vendors/Handicapped
- The parking loop adjacent to the Every Step Counts Event Village will be reserved for handicapped parking, loading/unloading by sponsors and community partners, and parking for VIPs, entertainers, vendors and AUSOM staff.
- Parking volunteers will be on hand to direct you.
- Alert one of the parking volunteers if you need handicapped parking.
- Sponsors and community partners will be asked to unload and then move their car to another parking lot.
- VIPs, entertainers, vendors and special guests will have assigned parking spaces in the parking loop.
