Run Manatee is a 501(c)3 non-profit training program located in Manatee County with a certified running coach designed to help you get stronger, more fit, and prevent injuries.
Training Dates: April 1, 2022 to June 30, 2022
Group training: 2-3 days per week, varies each week so definitely check the calendar. Click on the name of the workout on our Google Calendar to see address, times, and what to bring. Below are the general days and times but the exact days and times are listed on our Google Calendar.
Tuesdays 6:00-7:15 p.m. at Riverwalk Splash Pad. Water and restrooms available at pavilion.
Thursdays 6:00-7:15 p.m. will alternate between Bennett Park and Lakewood Ranch High School track. Restrooms and water fountains available at both locations.
Saturdays or Sundays 7:00-9:00 a.m. at various locations including Robinson Preserve, Bennett Park, Adventure Park, Celery Fields, and Benderson Park. Restrooms and water fountains available at all locations.
Every session is different. Workouts will vary and include cardio, strength, agility, hills, speed, running form drills, and endurance with a focus on injury prevention.
Please always check our Google Calendar for exact days, times, and locations as there are exceptions to the schedule. Click on the name of the workout to open up the details.
Please bring the following to every group workout: water, mini band, stretching strap, and a large towel or exercise mat for work on the ground. Each workout begins with a group dynamic warm up, then we move into a cardio workout (running or walking) based on your current fitness level, followed by strength training for injury prevention, and then the cool down and stretching.
Program pricing and details:
$150 includes all of the group training sessions over 3 months plus a moisture wicking shirt, injury prevention exercises, and a mini resistance band and stretching strap if you don't already have them.
We offer something for everyone - running, walking, strength training, improved flexibility, hill training, balance work, speed and agility, and interval training.
Workouts vary each day to help you achieve your goals. Take your fitness and your running to the next level. Group training for all ages and abilities. All workouts are based on your current fitness level and work well for runners and walkers.

As always, we offer discounts to local running club members. We understand that maybe you cannot make 3 group training runs per week so we also offer discounted pricing if you can only make one (1) of the group training sessions per week.
