Description

Fall Training with Coach Rae Ann

Goal race:  The Original Jingle Bell Run/Walk 5K to benefit the Arthritis Foundation on Saturday, December 2, 2017 (goal race is optional)

Training dates:  September 25, 2017 to November 29, 2017

Group training:  Typically Mondays and Wednesdays 6:00-7:15 p.m. at Riverwalk, 452 3rd Ave W, Bradenton, FL 34205.
Meet at Riverwalk's Emergency Services Memorial which is near the pavilion and splash park right next to the railroad tracks.  Enter the public parking lot on the east side of the Manatee Performing Arts Center just east of the railroad tracks.  Water and restrooms available at pavilion.  
We will also meet occasionally on Saturday or Sunday mornings for a longer run/walk.  Always check our calendar for exact days, times, and locations:  http://runnergirl.com/trainingprograms.shtml

Every session is different.  Workouts will vary and include cardio, strength, agility, hills, speed, running form drills, and endurance with a focus on injury prevention.

Check our Google Calendar for exact training dates as there are exceptions to the schedule. Click on the name of the workout to open up the details.

Please bring water and a large towel or mat for strength/core work and stretching.

Pre-register and pay online or bring your cash payment to the group training.

Program pricing:
All classes purchased are valid through November 29, 2017 and you will receive a 10 week training plan.
-$90 for all classes over the 10 weeks
-$10 per class drop in rate

Please note: School District of Manatee County employees and spouses must register directly with Ro Mohamed, your wellness coordinator, to receive the SDMC supplemented pricing.

We offer something for everyone - boot camp, running, walking, strength training, improved flexibility, hill trbalance work, speed and agility, and interval training.

Workouts vary each day to help you achieve your goals. Take your fitness and your running to the next level.
Group training for all ages and abilities. All workouts are based on your current fitness level and include running, walking, and strength and flexibility training.
