All participants will receive a swag bag with health coach giveaways, jingle bells for shoes, and vendor/sponsor handouts.  

 

The run starts at the St John's Town Center across from Season 52.   There will be water stations on the course and at the finish line.

Day Of Race Event Schedule

90 minutes to 15 minutes prior to the start of the race - Packet, Bib, & Chip Pickup

90 minutes to 30 minutes prior to the start of the race - Day of Race Registration

20 minutes to 30 minutes after the last finisher - Awards Ceremony

Day Of Race Packet Pickup

Participants may pickup their packets at the race during the times listed on the Event Schedule.

Look for us in the parking lot.  Location marked here with red star.

The race will be chip timed using a disposable bib chip system.   Bibs will be distributed at the packet pickup.   All runners must cross the mat at the finish line with their chip properly attached to their singlet to score in the race.  

All proceeds from this race will go to support the Chemo Noir philanthropic mission to host and inspire wine centric, lifestyle events that raise money to provide financial support to the families, friends and fighters in their battle with Cancer.  Learn more at: chemonoir.com.

Race times and dates are subject to change without notice at any time for any reason. In the event the race time or date is changed or if the race is cancelled, for any reason, there will not be any refunds under any circumstances.   Race entries can not be transferred to other participants or other races in the event a participant can not attend.   Once the race registration is made, the transaction if final.    In the event of bad weather every effort will be made to conduct the race, however it may be moved to an alternate date, time, or cancelled within hours of the starting time. Please be sure to check the PRS Race Timing website and Facebook page for updates prior to departing to the race for any last minute changes or instructions.   Registration by the participant constitutes agreement to the above.
