Palm Bluff Trail Race and Ultra Marathon

Wed July 1 - Sat August 8 Osteen, FL 32764 US Directions
COVID-19 Information

June 27th, 2020 Update!

The Palm Bluff Trail Race is being converted to a virtual event this year.

The St John's River Water Management District will not approve a permit for us to have the event as planned.  The recent spike in COVID-19 cases in Florida makes it impossible for us to predict when we may be able reschedule the event and with fall races coming up we do not want to conflict with these other events.

What does it mean going to a virtual event?  It means that you can still participate in the event and run your selected distance on your own time and on your own course and still receive your Palm Bluff Finishers Medal, Custom Race Shirt and Custom Pint Glass.  After you complete your run you can submit your time online and have it listed in our virtual results page.  Packet Pickup will be available at the end of July at Central 28 in DeBary.  You can pick up your swag and get a free beer in your custom glass.  If you can't pick up in person we will mail out your packets after packet pickup closes.

If you are already registered for the in person race and don't want to be a part of the virtual event you can contact us and we will work with you to determine what other options you have.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we all struggle with the developing coronavirus situation.

50K Runners may place drop bags at the first aid station. You will pass this spot every 6 - 8 miles depending on what loop you are doing. Drop bags will be collected at the start line 30 minutes before the start of the 50K race and returned to the finish line as early as possible after you finish your event. You must let the aid station know you are finishing and need your drop bag returned. Please mark your drop bag clearly and make sure it is protected against the weather as they will not be covered.

Camping at the Park

If you are interested in camping out at the park the night before or the night after please email me directly for more information, Don. But be warned, it you are staying with us we might put you to work before or after the race.
