Jingle Ball 5K

Babcock Ranch is excited to announce our annual Jingle Ball 5K Run/Walk. The course is 3.1 miles of scenic beauty around Babcock Ranch. 

All runners/walkers will receive a custom-designed Jingle Ball 5K- dri-fit shirt, available in youth and adult sizes. The shirt cutoff date is 12/09/23 at 11:59 PM. You will not be guaranteed a shirt if you register after 12/09/2023.  

EARLY PACKET PICKUP: December 14th & 15th -12-3 p.m. at Babcock Ranch Lifestyle Office. 42911, Lake Babcock Drive, Punta Gorda, FL 33982. 

RACE DAY PARKING: Free ample parking is available near the starting area.

RACE DAY PACKET PICKUP:  6:45 a.m. - 7:45 a.m. at Babcock Ranch Founder's Square. 

RACE DAY REGISTRATION:  6:45 a.m. - 7:45 a.m., cost is $40.00.  

RACE START TIME:  8:00 a.m. 

There will be post-race snacks and awards. 

The race is chip-timed by Beach Bum Timing.  

Bathrooms and Water Stations will be located at the start and finish areas. The water stop will also be at the halfway mark.

Age group awards are based off-chip time.

1st Place Overall Awards - Male & Female.

1st Place Masters, Grand Masters, Senior Grand Masters - Male & Female

In-person awards to the top three M/F in the following age groups: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+.

Q: Is this a timed race? 
A: Yes, the 5K is chip-timed by Beach Bum Timing.

Q: What is the course surface like?
A: The course is paved roads and sidewalks.

Q: Are dogs allowed on the course? 
A: You may run with your dog, but you assume ALL responsibility for your dog. Your pet must be leashed at all times and up to date on vaccinations. Please pick up after your pooch. Participants with dogs will start at the back of the race. 

Q: Are strollers allowed on the course? 
A: Yes. Participants with strollers must start at the back of the race. 

Q: Is the course good for spectators? 
A: Yes.
