emb(race) 2020 Virtual Challenge

We have created a safe and fun opportunity to help those with neurological disabilities and you can participate from the comfort of your home or local neighborhood! 

Our annual em(brace) will be a virtual 2020 Challenge!

Our collective goal will be to run, swim, bike, walk, stroll, roll use a wheelchair or hand cycle as we complete multiple activities, record our time and accumulate our distance towards achieving 500 miles or approximately 1,000,000 steps and raise $25,000.  

We can do this!

The Emb(race) 2020 Virtual Challenge is a new and innovative way to stay fit, while remaining safe and benefiting those in need. Your participation will ensure everyone has a smooth transition back to school while learning remotely or physically distancing within a classroom.

Stand Among Friends’ Disability Center signifies unprecedented excellence. It is the first of its kind in the United States, harboring an online resource library providing the crucial information that people living with disabilities need to enhance their quality of life. The ultimate goal is to improve day-to-day life for people with disabilities. 

At the core of our Disability Center is our fully operational computer lab that features many technology devices that enable people with all types of disabilities to utilize computers, learn new software applications and create a world of possibilities.
