Emb(race) virtual challenge (Draft)

Between Friday, July 31st and August 31st ( 30 Days ), run/ walk/ bike/ swim/ or do any other activity.  Track your workout with a fitness tracker, app on your phone or watch- walking, running, propelling a wheelchair, biking, and treadmills all count, depending on your race! If you don't have an app or watch that you already use, Map My Run and Run Tracker offer free tracking tools.
⋅ If you are in an area that has you restricted to your house or if you have a visual impairment and do not have access to a guide runner/ pilot, we will count
  daily steps for your challenge.
⋅ Simply log back into your profile and add in your miles.  RunSignUp will send you instructions on the 1st day of the challenge or once when you register
⋅ You can use mileage from other events here if you want to as well!
