Join us for the Diagnosed Not Defeated Virtual 5K in celebration of World Diabetes Day!

Walk it. Jog it. Run it. Treadmill it. However you move, you’re invited to complete your 5K your way.

This virtual race is open to people living with diabetes, family and friends, supporters, and anyone who wants to stand with the diabetes community while supporting the work of Black Diabetic Info.

Your registration includes a race bib and commemorative medal.

How It Works:

• Register by November 1 to help ensure your race bib arrives in time.
• Complete your 5K on November 14 — World Diabetes Day — or a date close to it that works for you.
• Walk, jog, run, or mix it up.
• Complete your 5K anywhere: your neighborhood, a park, track, gym, or treadmill.
• Wear your race bib and snap a photo along the way.
• No proof or official time submission is required. Your pace is your pace!
• Share your photos using #DiagnosedNotDefeated5K or #DiagnosedNotDefeated, or email them to diagnosednotdefeated@gmail.com.
• Choose a safe route and move at a pace that feels right for you.
