Beginner Plan
This 12-week plan is great for a variety of leveled athletes. It's for the first-timer, and even for the experienced runner who just may not have done a race in a while! All plans take a general approach. That is why individualized run coaching is so valuable and encouraged. You can follow the plan and/or reach out to our certified and preferred running coach, Ryan Head.
Week 1 starts on February 16th, but feel free to hop in late!
Intermediate Plan

Reimagine Running Coach, Ryan Head
Coach Ryan has been running his whole life! From running his first 5K to his most recent 100-mile race, Ryan has always been pushing himself to the next level.
In 2024, Ryan ran two 100-mile races three weeks apart! He has recently taken on the mantra, "If I can do it, you can too!". He has had an amazing transformative story.
To him, running is more than just running or exercise. It is his passion. This is why he jumped into coaching. He loves seeing athletes cross the finish line with a distance they never thought was possible.
Coach Ryan is a certified running coach through UESCA. If you have any questions, he would love to answer them!
