Here are all our volunteering options, what's implied, and their perks:

• Early morning (5:00 - 8:00am)
  • Venue set-up, pass out race packets to runners, on-course navigation, venue maintenance, and hand out medals & awards.

• Mid morning (7:30 - 10:30am)
  • On-course navigation, hand out medals and age group awards, ground maintenance.

• Late morning (10:00 - 1:00pm)
  • On-course navigation, hand out medals and age group awards, event maintenance and clean up.

• DAY BEFORE - Early Afternoon (12:00 - 3:30pm)
• • Pass out race packets to runners (at Farmington Regional Park - Under the South Pavilion)

• DAY BEFORE - Late Afternoon (3:15pm - 6:45pm)
  • Pass out race packets to runners (at Farmington Regional Park - Under the South Pavilion)

You'll get your exact assignment when you show up. We'll place you where we need you. Also, it is preferred you have a car in case you're needed to drive out to a location on the course. However, if you do not have a car to use, we can absolutely still use your help at the venue! 

Please arrive at the race venue and come to our "Volunteer Check-In" table under the pavilion.

Once registered as a volunteer, you can expect a couple emails from our race director. She'll give you more details and reminders. 

Your race codes will be valid for 13 months. You can use it for yourself, or give it to a friend! :)
