The Swim (400 meters)
Starting on the beach from the south side of the pier, swimmers will complete the clockwise course, keeping the buoys on the right. Swimmers exit the water onto the beach from the north side of the pier, running on the paved path to transition area, entering T1 from the north side.

The Bike (15.5 miles - 2 loops x 7.75 miles)
Bikers will leave T2, turning right onto Olio Road (northbound lane on Olio Road bridge will be closed to vehicle traffic). You'll turn right on 113th Street, go straight through the roundabout at Florida Road to Southeastern Parkway. After turning right onto Southeastern Parkway, prepare for a short climb to 104th Street. Turn right on 104th Street for a fast stretch to Olio Road (with a short descent and climb). At 104th & Olio, bikers will turn right for the fastest descending mile of the course to complete laps #1 and #2.
The Run (3 miles)
Leaving GWP (T2), triathletes will follow the bike trail path south along Olio Road and turn left at 104th Street, following the path to Saddlestone Drive, then left at Hawkstone Drive. At the end of Hawkstone Drive, you will turn around and head back to the finish line (1.5 miles out, 1.5 miles back).
Duathletes will turn around at 104th Street for their out and back run #1 leg (1.75 miles) and head back to transition. Their run #2 leg will be the same 3 mile course as the triathlon.
