Gold's Gym members can join the 5K or 10K training program at a discounted rate, and you'll get all the great perks other participants get
Members will earn points for select activities completed during the 10-week training program (e.g., in-person group runs/walks, strength training sessions, cross-training)
A weekly leaderboard of member rankings will be shared during the training period
Earn points for participating in the goal event—The Big Run—on June 3rd
The top three members based on points earned during the 10-week training program and for The Big Run will win prizes from Fleet Feet Poughkeepsie, Gold's Gym, and Feldman Physical Therapy
