Kim, owner of Fleet Feet Poughkeepsie, brings a wealth of experience and a passion for running and helping others that's truly contagious.
Our training group manager, Ilana, has been running for most of her life. Her years of experience and infectious energy have earned her the nickname "Julie," our very own Love Boat cruise director, guiding us through the highs and lows of training!
Together, these two bring the perfect balance of expertise and enthusiasm to guide you every step of the way. Their favorite thing? Seeing YOU crush your goals! They'll be there to coach, mentor, and cheer you on from start to finish.

Justin and John are essential to the success of our 10-week training program. They lend their expertise in program development and lead your strength training.
They'll also be available to answer your questions and address any concerns throughout your training. They're a key part of the team dedicated to helping you reach your goals!

I started running a few years ago with a Fleet Feet Poughkeepsie 5K group. I have worked my way through 5K, 10K, and half marathon training groups and had the pleasure of mentoring for the first time last fall.
The two best things about running with the groups are accountability and friendship! Follow the plan; it works - whatever your level.

When I decided that I wanted to start running, I wasn't sure how to begin. Fortunately, I found the Fleet Feet Poughkeepsie training groups and 5Ks eventually turned into half marathons. It hasn't always been easy, but our running community has always been welcoming, informative, and supportive.
