EVENT RULES

Rules: This race is conducted under the rules of the Road Runenrs Club of America.

Age Requirements: All participants must be 9 years old on or before race day. Participants ages 9-12 must have a registered parent/guardian participating in the entire race. Participants ages 13-16 must have a parent/guardian at the race the entire time (they do not need to participate but be onsite).

Course Time Limit: This is a walker, jogger, runner, and friendly, but there is a 2.5 course time limit (about a 16-minute per mile pace).

Race Start Time: The race will start promptly at 7:30 AM. The start line will close by 7:35 AM. No one will be allowed to start after 7:35 AM.

Strollers: Strollers are allowed, but we ask that you start at the end. Be careful passing and coming up on your fellow participants. The paths within the garden are narrow; please pass carefully. 

Garden Rules: DO NOT get on the grass, even to pass. If found going off the path, you may be pulled from the course. You will not be allowed to continue and you will not recieve a refund.

Not Allowed On Course: Animals, Bicycles, Skateboards, Skates, Scooters, Handcycles, Non-Registered Participants/Pacers

CANCELLATION POLICY

All entry fees (including processing fees) are are non-refundable, even in the cares of race postponements, cancellation, race format changes, race updates, and/or if you are unable to participate. Race registrations/bib numbers cannot be transferred to another person. Race registrations cannot be deferred to another year. No exceptions. Meaning once we receive your entry, you will not recieve an refund if you can't participate, you may not sell or give your registration/bib number to another person, and you cannot move your registration to another year. Anyone found participating with another person's bib number will be disqualified and both poeple will be barred from future RRRC events.
