2-Mile - Rocky River Reservation

The Rocky River Nature Center course provides all types of terrain within the 2-mile route, including the well-known Fort Hill stairs right at the 1-mile mark. With memorable views at the top, 155 stair count is worth the climb and even better, the second mile is all downhill and flat. 

3-Mile - Pine Hollow

Pine Hollow is the first and only CVNP trail race in the series and provides an honest showing of challenges throughout the 3-mile distance. Participants experience some of the best of NE Ohio’s trail system with the scenic Kendall Hills and Virginia Kendall Lake. 

4-Mile - North Chagrin Reservation

This east side 4-mile course is the most scenic and memorable of the series! With only two large hills and wider than expected trails (bridle path), this is a great route to gain some momentum on. Runners will pass the well-known Squires Castle to finish alongside Chagrin River Road.

Time Trial - Brecksville Reservation

Less than a 1-mile distance, this time trial event is exclusive to Full Moon Trail Series participants and provides a moderately challenging uphill & technical point-to-point trail.

The finish line brings runners right into the Awards Ceremony/Cookout right at Harriet Keeler Memorial Picnic Area.

Unlike a standard race, the time trial is open for a 45 minute window of time for runners to Start the race, at their own pace. The event begins once runners cross the Start line mat and runners are scored based on their final time/pace.
