AutomationDirect 5K

Event Timeline:
5:30 - Event begins
6:30 - 5K Start!
6:45 - Buffet line opens for dinner
7:30 - Medal Presentations

Who can register for our AutomationDirect Company 5k?  

This is open to all AutomationDirect Team Members and their immediate family members (or a guest).  Definitions listed below.

• Married Teamers:  Immediate Family Member(s) - your spouse and your dependents (up to age 24)
• Single Teamers: Immediate Family Member(s) - your dependents (up to age 24) and 1 Guest

This will be a “trust but verify” process.  Following the close of 5k registration, we will run a report from ADP to ensure you have not registered any family members outside of what we have set as the limitations above.  If you are married, we will ensure that you have not registered anyone but your spouse and your dependent children (up to age 24).  If you are single, we will ensure you have only 1 guest registered in addition to any dependent children (up to age 24).

NOTE:  If you are registering a dependent for the 5k that you do NOT have listed as a dependent in our ADP payroll system, please send a note to Mary Brehl at mbrehl@automationdirect.com.  If you give me a heads up on the front end, I won’t question it once we close registration.  We know there are instances where you may not add ALL dependent information in ADP – especially if you don’t cover them on your insurance.

We will allow strollers  on the 5k course.  This is a pet friendly event – feel free to bring you well-behaved pets along!

 There is no childcare available; you must keep kids with you at all times.
