Glow Baby 5k and Fun Run

Mark your calendars you DON’T want to miss this!!!  This year we are having a “Glow Run” to benefit the Pregnancy Resource Center of Henry County….the GLOW BABY 5K AND FUN RUN!  We are so excited that we had 100 more runners at our event last year. Eagles Landing Family Practice won the largest team with 32 participants.  Register now and build a team, invite a friend, get the family together or just register yourself and come out and run with your community.  We will have prizes for largest team, and medals and trophies for top three times in each age group.  However, if you have participated with us before then you know everyone is a winner at our runs!! You will get a goodie bag sponsored by Piedmont Hospital filled with SWAG from local vendors.  The value of the bag exceeds the registration cost.   You will also receive a T-Shirt. Everyone that comes out gets a free raffle ticket can enter to win one of the prize baskets donated by local vendors and individuals.   

We will have tons of fun things for all of your family.  Come early and go to the “Glow-in-the-dark paint station” and use our Glow-in-the dark face painting table to really Glow for your night run.  Stop by the black light booth and take a group picture with your friends, visit vendor tables for other giveaways, or just let the kiddo’s enjoy some pre-race fun.  The run will begin and end at the Salem Baptist Church Sports Complex off of 155 N in McDonough.  Registration opens at 7pm and 1 MILE FUN RUN will begin at 8:10pm and as the sun goes down at 8:22pm we will begin the 5K run at 8:25pm!!
