The 5K course is a challenging course with a couple of good hills!  The 5K starts and finishes at Piedmont Academy.  The course runs along Hwy 126 into an adjacent neighborhood and returns to the school.

Awards are given to Overall Male / Female, Masters Male/Female and the following Male / Female Age Groups:

10-year age group:  10 and Under  11-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80 and Over.

Run your 3.1 miles anywhere.  Keep track of your time.  Submit your finish time HERE.

Virtual runners are not eligible for t-shirts or race day awards.

The Cougar Paw Crawl 5K is proud to be a part of the  Black Bag Race Series and the Clover Glove Race Series.

Finish line management and race day timing provided by Classic Race Services.

We get wet!  Race may be delayed in 15 minute increments in the event of storms or severe weather.  Sorry, no refunds due to weather.
