Pace Group Information and Route Maps
PACE GROUP INFORMATION
- There will be pace groups beginning at 7:30/mile through run/walk in 30-second/mile increments.
- 7:30, 8:00, 8:30, 9:00, 9:30, 10:00, 10:30, 11:00, 11:30, 12:00 as well as run/walk
- Pacers will be comprised of run club volunteers from the many run clubs attending.
- Please be sure to select a pace and distance during registration that fits with your training and current level of fitness on the day of the event.
DISTANCE OPTIONS and ROUTE MAPS
- Distance options will be 1 mile, 2 miles, 4 miles, 7 miles, 10 miles and 16 miles.
- Thank you to coach Kim Lambert from City of Bridges Run Club for designing the routes for this event.
ROUTE MAP LOGISTICS
- All map distances will follow the same route and are designed to be a series of loops starting and finishing at Cancer Bridges.
- When you complete a loop (map distance), you can choose to finish and head inside Cancer Bridges for post-run pancakes and community, or you can continue on the next loop, adding more miles.
MAPS AND RUN GO LINKS
