GE Vernova Matching
If you are a GE Vernova employee, your contributions that are NOT the registration fee donation can be matched by the GE Vernova Foundation. There are certain requirements for the match, so please read this section closely. So once again, the registration fee CANNOT be matched by GE Vernova, BUT any additional contribution can be matched (must be $25 or more). Here is the step-by-step instruction for the match:

Go to the GE Vernova Matching Gift and login with your SSO

Select “Matching Gifts"
3. Select “Match an Offline Donation to a U.S. Organization”
4. In the search bar, look for "Society of Women Engineers" and for state select "Illinois"
5. Fill out the form
5a. For Donor Designation please fill out as "GE Vernova Women's Network Scholarship"
5b. For Charity Contact Name please fill out as "Sohn Cook“
5c. For Charity Contact Email Address please fill out as "sohn.cook@swe.org"
5d. Be mindful of the Gift Compliance section. The matched amount needs to be the funds that DO NOT include the event registration
6. Please revise the information, and hit "Save and Proceed“
7. Once again, check your information and hit "Submit"
8. Now you should be in the confirmation page and you are all done!
We will be following up with SWE to make sure they have a complete list of who donated and that is was for the Women's Network Scholarship, and we will follow up GE Vernova Foundation to make sure your donation was matched but this can only happen after you fill out the form, so please fill out the form.
