From the time you sign up to the close of the race, Sept 30th, run your 5k anywhere you choose and report your results online to see how you rank! There are no prizes for performance, except bragging rights! All results are based on the honor system.

WHAT is a VIRTUAL race? Does it involve a computer?
Ha! No. A virtual race is a race that you can run anytime, anywhere you choose! The simplest way is to head out your front door and run for 3.1 miles! Or you can pick your favorite trail, course, or hit the treadmill!
Do I get a bib?
Since this is a virtual race, we've created a really cool digital bib! You got a link in your email but if you missed that, go to RunSignUp.com, click in the upper right-hand corner and click "profile." Scroll down to see all the races you're signed up and find the Racin' Rams Virtual 5k. In that race, you'll see a button that says, "digital bib."
WHEN can I run this race?
You can run this ANYTIME from the time your sign up until August 31st.
WHERE should I run the virtual Racin' Rams XC Virtual 5k?
The beauty of a virtual race is that you get to CHOOSE your course! Love hills? Go for it! Want to seek out the flattest 5k route you can find? Sure! Run 3.1 miles anywhere you want, time yourself, and record your results, if you choose!
HOW do I report my time?
CLICK HERE to be taken to our results page. From there, you'll want to click "submit results," enter your info to find your registration and follow the prompts! No need to send us proof of your GPS watch or Phone App. All results are based on the honor system.
Do I HAVE to record my results?
Absolutely not! That is not a requirement. We will send you your swag no matter what. Some people just like a little friendly competition and like to see how they rank against others. You can also submit that you completed your virtual race, without posting a time via the link in the previous question.
Are TIMES verified?
No. For this virtual event, times reported are on the ‘honor system’. You do NOT have to post a time in order to log your distance. You may enter that you completed your 5k and NOT enter an associated time. Your time will show up as "NONE" but that you've completed the race.
WHERE will the results be posted?

CAN I get a redo? Can I run more than one time?
Sure can! Try for your BEST time between the time you register and Sept. 30th! If you've already submitted your time and want to enter a different (faster!) result, click "results," search for your name and then click it. There, you should see a button that says "log activities." When you click that, it will allow you to edit your time!
Are there PRIZES?
No, we will not be awarded any prizes based on performance this year, BUT we are doing a raffle for ALL participants for prizes from our sponsors.
WHEN and HOW will I get my t-shirt and super sweet sticker?
All swag will be mailed via USPS. We'll start sending out swag in batches as it arrives in our hands. Please bear with us and have some patience; all the coaches are handling this as an extra task in addition to practices and our other jobs! If you are the immediate family as an athlete on the team currently, your swag will be sent home with that athlete!
Can I CHANGE my SHIRT size?
Possibly! The best course of action is to EMAIL us (wrvestal@jeffcoschools.us) and we will let you know if YOUR shirt has been ordered yet or not!
Oh no! My ADDRESS is wrong! What do I do?
EMAIL us and we'll get it updated! You can also update your RunSignUp.com profile (see next question) but make sure you email us right away so that we can make sure your swag gets mailed to the correct place.
I made a mistake in my registration! My birthday, name, age, gender, etc is wrong!
You can update PERSONAL info by going to RunSignUp.com and clicking on "profile" in the upper right-hand corner.
I do NOT want my name/info online, but I do want to report my time to see how I rank.

WHERE does the money go?
A portion of your registration fee goes toward the shirt, sticker, and mailing fee. The rest goes directly to the Green Mountain Cross Country program and helps pay for meet entry fees, transportation (busses), uniforms, team items (shirt, safety equipment, etc), and our regional and state meets transportation costs, lodging, and food.
