Support the Racin' Rams, Green Mountain High School's Cross Country program! Sign up for this virtual 5k, run on your own, anywhere, anytime. Whether you're local to Lakewood, CO or a fan from afar, we truly appreciate your support!
We can't do it without you!
Race proceeds go toward our meet entry fees, transportation costs (buses), uniforms/team shirts, team supplies (safety equipment, sanitation, etc), and our regional and state meets' transportation, lodging, and meal costs!

PLUS all mailing and processing fees are included!
*Unless you are a local family member of a current athlete, all swag will be mailed. Final batches of shirts/swag will be ordered once registration closes and mailed to participants as soon as possible.
Disclaimer: This event is approved by Green Mountain High School and all governing bodies. It is also in compliance with CHSAA and Jeffco's COVID guidelines as it is a VIRTUAL event. Participants are running this event on their own. Race organizers do not encourage participants to meet up for a group race. Participants are encouraged to follow all local guidelines when doing their virtual event including any guidelines related to COVID, park/location rules, etc.

All participants receive a gender-specific t-shirt and Green Mountain Cross Country sticker! All registration fees include processing and mailing fees.
What is a virtual race?
A virtual race is a race that can be run (or walked) from any location you choose. No need to wake up early (if you don't want to), worry about finding a place to park, or wait in a port-o-john line!
Anytime from when you sign up (registration closes August 20th) to midnight on August 31st, choose your "course" and run your 5k. Report your time and see how you rank!
While we would LOVE to run with you all in person, organizing an in-person event takes a LOT of manpower! This virtual race allows us to keep doing what we love (and what we're good at), coaching, while still raising money for the necessary costs of the team. This virtual race motivates you to get outside, stay healthy and happy all while supporting the Green Mountain Cross Country Team.
