GENERAL QUESTIONS
Is this a race? No. This is an awareness run, walk or ride for fun and fellowship. There will be no timing.
Who can participate in this event? This event is for everyone! All ages welcome.
Do I have to register?
Yes, all attendees must register and sign a standard waiver when registering.
How much does it cost? $15 per person over the age of 5
Is there a swag bag? Every participant who signs up will get a swag bag of goodies.
Where do the funds go?
All funds raised will support the Decoding Dyslexia Oregon's mission to raise dyslexia awareness, empower families to support their children and inform policy-makers on best practices to identify, remediate and support students with dyslexia in Oregon. With your support, this event will rally families, friends, and tutors, educators and dyslexia related providers as we work together to achieve our mission and create change for children and adults with dyslexia in our community. Our goal is to use the funds to create new chapters across Oregon. Decoding Dyslexia Oregon is a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization. All donations are tax-deductible as allowed by law.
How do I raise money for Decoding Dyslexia?

Is the day of Registration Allowed? Yes. The last day to register online is Oct 1, 2021.
RUN WALK & RIDE DETAILS
Do I have to run or can I walk? You can Run, Walk, Ride, any way you can to get the miles. It's your challenge, as long as you are purposefully moving and logging miles, it counts.
Do I have to run/walk outside? You can go outside, inside, in your basement, treadmill, or around the house. Any way you can get your miles in, count!
Can I run/walk multiple times a day? Yes, breaking your miles up several times a day counts too!
