How It Works

1. Register for the Girls on the Run Empower Up Fitness Challenge. Set your intention and put your plan into motion for Wave 1 to reach 125 or 225 miles by March 31, 2021. Wave 2 starts March 1 and runs through March 31 with two new distances: 25 and 50 miles + a fresh start on the 125-mile distance in case you missed the start of Wave 1. You can do the challenge only or add on virtual races with our bundle packages to build a customized event series experience just for you!

2. Get Your Swag. Your swag will be delivered to your door! Shipping is included with your registration.
 
3. Do it! Begin logging your miles via your favorite tracking app. Upload your recorded miles and track your progress HERE.
 
4. Share and Celebrate! Share your photos and videos of you crushing your goals with #empowerup or #gotr
