Meet your RACE DIRECTOR from ACS
Meet your race director, Cori Mastropolo!
She's been working at the American Cancer Society since 2018, manages two running fundraising events, and three fundraising walks. She also coaches CrossFit, Olympic Weightlifting and Sports Nutrition. She is also a competitive athlete in the CrossFit space, with plans to do Half Marathons, Spartan Races and Hyrox events in the coming year. She rescued her dog, Chief, from Hurricane Milton fall of 2024 and brings Chief to coach with her and as many work meetings that she's able to.
She's also a retired Roller Figure Skater, where she's medaled at the National stage 4-times, and also enjoys thrills like bungee jumping in foreign countries and jumping out of planes for fun. She dreams to swim with sharks someday and loves to go horse-back riding around the world. You can likely find her, if shes not in the gym or working, talking about astrology, out on a hike with Chief or hanging out with her friends and family.
She got involved with the American Cancer Society because of her dad's cancer diagnosis in college. After a long road with chemo and radiation, as well as waiting for a bone marrow match, her dad now attends every event possible as a cancer survivor.
She loves to chat - send her an email or shoot her a phone call at 732-965-8299!
