Registration will remain open for as many spots as we have available for this year's event, once the event sells out, registration will close. We cannot guarantee race day registration will be available.

Yes, you can pick up your packet before race day. Race Week Packet Pick-Up dates, time and locations will be shared closer to the event.
Yes. Forward your confirmation email to the person picking up your packet and include a note indicating you’re giving him or her permission to do so.
Participants received a confirmation email as soon as their registration was complete. We can search for your registration via your last name when you arrive at Packet Pick-Up.
No, you do not need to have the QR code email to pick-up your packet. You can also present a photo ID to pick up your packet.
Bring your shirt on race day and stop by the packet pick-up tent on race morning, beginning at 9am, and we will do our best to fulfill exchanges.

Yes, the race is chipped timed and results will be posted on the website post-event.
Yes, walkers are welcome. Please stay to the right and do not walk more than 2 side by side.
Only certified dogs are allowed to be on the course, or in race village Please leave pets at home.
Can I participate as an athlete with disabilities?
The Gift of Hope Community Foundation happily welcomes all athletes to participate in our events. Athletes with Disabilities (AWD) include, but are not limited to the flowing athletes, Blade Runners, Visually Impaired Runners, Adaptive / Guided Runners, Pushed Athletes, Push Rim, Racing Chair and Hand Cycles.
To participate as an AWD athlete you must notify the Community Foundation of your participation a minimum of 20 days in advance. This allows our staff to ensure the safety and security of each athlete on the course prepare the early starters corral for athletes. To ensure your spot and be approved as an AWD participant please contact our registration team by clicking here. Should there be a duo team, a coupon code may be provided for the pusher/coach by emailing our registration team.
The course will be open for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Yes, a jogging stroller designed for running is allowed. We ask you to start in the back of the starting line. The race does not allow strollers, wagons, scooter, skate boards, roller blades or roller stakes.
The water stop will be located at the halfway point of the 5K. Please visit the route tab to see the map.
You must transfer your registration for a fee to another runner for a small fee. If you do not, and someone runs under your number they will be disqualified.
No, we do not refund registration fees.
We will make every effort to hold the race, keeping in mind the safety of our athletes and volunteers In the event of inclement weather, start time may be delayed in order to hold the race.
