Grab your running shoes to run, walk or roll. Your race starts anytime between 12: 01 a.m. CT on Saturday, September 20, 2025 and 11:59 p.m. CT on Sunday, September 28, 2025. Participating virtually allows  you to choose when and where you walk or run, on your own time.

1. Fast or slow, we encourage all ages and ability levels to participate.  All event proceeds will benefit Gift of Hope Organ & Tissue Donor Network to support programs and services for donor families, donation, registration and education, and research.
   
   Register online as a virtual participant by September 1, 2025 to receive your items prior to race day.  Registration is $35, which includes a race t-shirt, medal and bib, which will be mailed to you.
   
   Create a team, join an existing team, or sign up as an individual.  If you join or create a team, you can use the team page to share your fundraising efforts with family, friends and your personal network.
   
   
2. Your race can start anytime between 12:01 a.m. CT on Saturday, September 20, 2025; and 11:59 p.m. CT on Sunday September 28, 2025.  You can complete your 5K run or 1-mile distance wherever you like, including on a treadmill!  The goal is to complete the distance that works for you.
   
   
3. Track your distance and time, to share with us if you choose.  We'd love to feature fun participant photos on our website and in our communications.  Please submit them to foundation@giftofhope.org.
   
   
4. If you are participating in honor of a donor loved one, please fill out that section of the form so we can be sure to include them in our acknowledgement post.
