When does the VIRTUAL Hawaii Pacific Health Keiki Run/Walk and Silver Streaks Run/Walk take place?
April 16 – April 18, 2021
What is the deadline to register? Registration is now closed!
How does a virtual challenge work?
Beginning April 16th, you'll have three days (April 16-18, 2021) to walk, jog or run the distance of the virtual course you selected. You will then have the option to log your mileage through the www.greataloharun.com website (or not) as you go, and once you've reached your course distance, your event is complete. Since this is a VIRTUAL event, you can complete your mileage anywhere and anytime that is most convenient for you during the challenge period. Please be safe and obey traffic and CDC rules.
Do I have to walk, jog or run every day, or can I break it up?
You can break it up however you like - daily, twice a day, and take days off. If you are planning on logging your miles, please note that all activity must be logged and submitted by April 25, 2021.
How do I keep track of my mileage?
This is all based on the honor system and the choice is yours, but ideally you use a GPS watch or phone to track your activity (for distance and time). Do treadmill miles count?
Yes, absolutely.
When can I use my Wet’n’Wild Tickets?
The first 1,000 Keiki Run and 250 Silver Streak registrants will receive a COMPLIMENTARY one-day ticket for entry into Wet’n’Wild. (One complimentary ticket will be issued to the race participant, along with a VIP coupon good towards 50% OFF admissions for up to two people.) Tickets good for use at Wet’n’Wild from April 17 thru April 25, 2021.
When will I receive my swag?
Participants that registered before April 8th will have had the choice during registration to either pick up their swag in person or have it mailed. An email will be sent on April 8th or 9th to remind you which you selected.
If you selected to have your items mailed to you… Please know that the items are scheduled to begin being mailed out on Friday, April 9th and should be in your mailbox by the week of April 12th. Thus, you do NOT have to go to the Running Room for packet pick up!
If you selected to have your items picked up in person. Please know that the items will be at the Running Room (T-shirts and Wet’n’Wild coupons) will be available for pick up at the Running Room from April 10th and 11th, 2021 from 10AM-2PM each day. The Running Room is located at 819 Kapahulu Ave, Honolulu, HI 96816. (808) 737-2422. If you are unable to pick up them up this weekend, the running room will keep them on hand until April 18th, 2021.
What will I receive as part of my registration?
All participants will receive:
Entry to the 2021 Virtual Hawaii Pacific Health Keiki Great Aloha Run and / or Silver Streaks Run
Official Finisher T-shirt
Coupon for Wet’n’Wild (Tickets good for use at Wet’n’Wild from April 17 thru April 25, 2021)
Can I change my t-shirt size after I’ve completed registration?
Regrettably, no. Due to production times, you will not be able to change your t-shirt size after your registration is completed.
