It is their mission to help women in all areas of wellness from nutrition, physical movement, mental, emotional and spiritual health. This holistic, full-body approach leads to a more joy-filled life, lived with purpose, as Christ leads and guides. Donating to this ministry, also helps provide services to some women who may be going through a financial hardship, and get "adopted" into the program for coaching, group walks or both.
