In the event of a rainout or other weather conditions beyond our control, there will be no rescheduled race date.

Should the weather forecast call for unfavorable running conditions, notice will be given to athletes that no weather-related decisions will be made before race morning.

Race communications will be made on Facebook and via email used at registration.

No refunds will be offered as this is a means of fundraising for Heart of Tyler. Thanks for your understanding and support!
