Event Transfer Policy

You may transfer your Holland Haven race entry to a different distance, including the virtual run, if the race is not sold out.

How to Transfer to a Different Distance:

1. Sign in to your RunSignUp account.

2. Click “Upcoming Events.”

3. Find your Holland Haven registration and click “Manage Registration.”

4. Select “Transfer Event.”

5. Follow the on-screen steps to choose your new distance and complete the transfer.

Important Notes About Transfers

• There may be additional fees if you are transferring to a more expensive event or if the event price has increasedsince your original registration.

• There is an added cost for upgrading to a longer distance.

• There is no refund for downgrading to a shorter distance.

• There is no refund for cancelling your registration entirely.
