Honor The Fallen Beneficiary
The Texas Police Chief's Association (TPCAF) Foundation provides funds to individuals through the Officer Death Benefit Program. If a Texas law enforcement officer is killed in the line of duty the Foundation, as soon as possible, delivers a check to the surviving spouse, children or parents, whichever is applicable.
