Description

Honor the Fallen 5k, 10k and half marathon will take place in Grand Prairie Texas Saturday September 12, 2020! 
The Honor The Fallen benefits the Texas Police Chiefs Association Fallen Officer Foundation.   

The Half and 10K route is an out and back and will connect with the beautiful Campion Trails. The 5K route is a one loop route.
As always there will be plenty of water/aid stations and support on the course.

The post party will have our traditional pancakes and FUN for everyone. Every participant will receive awesome swag and all finishers will receive a FINISHER MEDAL.

The Texas Police Chief's Association (TPCAF) Foundation provides funds to individuals through the Officer Death Benefit Program.  If a Texas law enforcement officer is killed in the line of duty the Foundation, as soon as possible, delivers a check to the surviving spouse, children or parents, whichever is applicable.

Honor The Fallen 5k Map

Official 2020 Course map coming soon! 
The 5k is a run or walk event covering 3.1 miles. Strollers and friendly dogs on a leash are welcome. Pet owners must clean up after their pets and provide water and food for their pets. The course officially closes at 11:30am.

Honor The Fallen 10k Map

Official 2020 Course map coming soon! 
The 10k is a run or walk covering 6.2 miles. No strollers or dogs allowed on the 10k course. The course officially closes at 11:30am.

Honor The Fallen Half Marathon Map

Official 2020 Course map coming soon! 
The half marathon event is a run or speed walk covering 13.1 miles.
No strollers or dogs are permitted on the half marathon course.
Speed walkers must be able to maintain a 18 minute per mile pace or faster. Those remaining on the course at or after 11:30am will be removed by a member of the event staff. The course officially closes at 11:30am.

Packet Pick Up

Packet pick up location and schedule will be announced approximately two weeks prior to the race date. 

Awards

The awards will be three deep per age group with individual awards for overall male, overall female, overall masters female & male and overall grand masters female and male.
The break down of age group awards are as follows:
14 & under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65 -69, and 70 & over
Masters:
Male – 40-59
Female – 40-54
Grand Masters:
Male - 60 and over
Female - 55 and over

What you get (race swag)

Each registered participant will receive a commemorative Honor The Fallen race shirt and a pair of race socks. All finishers will receive a finisher medal and complimentary pancake breakfast.
