There are NO refunds or bib transfers offered for this event.

Race deferrals or transfers to another Wilson Endurance event can be obtained by contacting Tonia Wilson at WilsonEnduranceSports@gmail.com

*No charge for a deferral from the time of registration to one month from race day.

*If asking for a deferral beginning 30 days from race day to 8 days prior to race day, there will be a $15 fee - paid via PayPal, Venmo, or check.

*If asking for a deferral within 7 days from race day the fee will be $25.

*If payment is not received within 48 hours of request then you will be considered a NO SHOW and your registration fee is forfeited.

*No deferrals will be made on race day.

*Deferrals are valid and offered for one calendar year only.

*If races are canceled due to a national pandemic or crisis, we will adjust. We will also make case-by-case decisions when needed.
**NO SHOWS are forfeited.

*If you signed up for all 3 races and are asking for a deferral to another race next year, you will be issued a coupon code for the amount that you paid per race when you registered.  

Race Transfers

You can change the race that you signed up for.  If you planned on Race #1 but life happened,  with advance notice, reach out and ask to move your race to Race#3, etc....

We also would allow you to change to another one of the races we produce across NY State or in CT.   A coupon code would be given for the amount that you paid when you registered that could be used to register for another race. 

We do not allow Bib Transfers.
