How does the Ride Run Work?
Teams of two people take turns riding a shared bike and running leap frog style around the lake for approximately 11 miles. Teams members must finish together.

Description
An 11 mile race around Storm Lake. It is a partner race that consists of one bike and a team of 2. One person rides and the other runs. Teams do not have to stay together until they get about 1 block from the finish and then they need to wait for each other and then cross the line together.
T-shirts are guaranteed to people registering before June 24, don't delay!
