How does the Ride Run Work?
Teams of two people take turns riding a shared bike and running leap frog style around the lake for approximately 11 miles. Teams members must finish together.

An 11 mile race around Storm Lake. It is a partner race that consists of one bike and a team of 2. One person rides and the other runs in a leap frog fashion.
