Description
Join us for the West Valley Virtual Rock 'N’ Run. A virtual 5K/10k Walk /Run featuring bands of your choice on your music device. All proceeds from this event benefit the Caldwell YMCA wellness programs – a rockin’ good time for a great cause! This year you supply the music, next year we will be featuring local bands at each mile. Grab your sneakers, music and achieve wellness!!
Here is how it works: You chose a day between Saturday, May 1 and Friday, May 7, pick a location that will allow you to respect social distancing guidelines, and time that works for your schedule to do the work! After you complete your 3.1 miles or 6.1 miles, head over to the Facebook Community, and share your 5k/10k pictures or workout screenshot with everyone. You can also share on Facebook, Instagram, of Twitter using the hashtag #WestValleyRockNRun. Be sure to tag @TVFamilyYMCA and @WestValleyMedCtr if your post is private! Let’s celebrate what we can do and the health we have. #togetherapart
