2nd Annual Uptown Social 5K

Discover the Uptown Arts District and enjoy the beautiful landscape of Washington Park. This race is fun for the whole family! Afterwards, participants can grab some grub from our neighbor Agave Mansion, cool off at our indoor “cool off” station and adults 21+ can immerse themselves in our courtyard beer garden and/or our indoor private lounge. Run – eat – drink! 

Race day packet pick up starts at 4:30PM.  Online registration will remain open until 6PM.  All registration will be online, no paper entries.  If you wish to register day of please do so at home or on your personal device prior to arriving at the race site.

Awards

After the race, awards will be presented to the following: Top overall Male and Female, Top Male and Female Master (40 years old and older) and the top 3 male and female in each age category, 10 & under, 11-12, 13-14,15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75 and up

A portion of the proceeds raised from this event will benefit the Michiana Humane Society!

The Michiana Humane Society cares for 1,000 or so animals each year. Some are surrendered by their owners who can no longer provide care. Some are strays, abandoned, and unwanted animals brought to them by the people who find them, or by Michigan City Animal Control. Through donations and regular volunteers, the Michiana Humane Society is open 7 days a week to help people meet their new family members, and to give animals their best chance at a second chance.
