When: Run and submit your times BEFORE December 31st, 2019.
Where: Anywhere & Everywhere! You can map your own course and you choose where you want to run.
Who: All ages and all abilities. Walkers, skippers, and crawlers are welcome!
Cost: $30 – 5k (additional fee for S&H within USA only)
About this Virtual Run
Join us for the Inaugural Idaho® Potato Drop Virtual 5K! Enjoy creating your own beautiful 5K course. There’s no better way to start your day and earn your right to party into the New Year! All are welcome to participate. Whether it’s your 50th run of the year or you’ve been a couch “potato” (get it? We crack ourselves up sometimes) and decided it was time to get active. It doesn’t matter how you get there!
This is a virtual race, so run/walk/crawl wherever you are, whenever you can. You can even complete this race on the treadmill or split it up into multi smaller distances and days. It doesn’t matter how you get there.
Every runner who completes and submits their results will earn a 3" custom designed Idaho® Potato Drop medal.

Medals will be processed to ship after participant has submitted their results via email.
FAQ's
- I signed up so when does my medal ship? We live by the philosophy of “Always Earned, Never Given”. Once you have complete the distance, submit your time, your medal will be processed for shipping. Allow for 2-4 weeks for delivery.
- Can I pick up my medal at the Idaho® Potato Drop? YES! Come down to the Idaho® Potato Drop festivities in Downtown Boise, ID to pick up your medal.
- How do I submit my time? You will get a registration confirmation email. Just keep track of the time it took you to complete the distance and send us your results via email! We will do the rest.
- How much is shipping? Shipping anywhere in the USA is a flat rate of $4.50.
- I still have questions, who do I contact? If you have a question, someone else probably does too. Email us below and we'll add it to this page
