We Are Extremely Sad To Communicate The Postponement Of Our St Patrick’s Day 5K and Cancelation Of The St. Patrick's Day Parade!
As much as we love to create beautifully memorable experiences for everyone, sometimes there’s things that we can’t control. Due to sever inclement weather advisories The City Of Birmingham has required that the event be rescheduled in essence of public safety!
Over the last 4 years being consistent and dependable have been important pillars in our reputation. We are unhappy about the outcome, but we understand Safety Is the Top Priority for everyone involved.
We’re Incredibly sorry for the inconvenience, and everyone will be rolled over into the rescheduled date! We will not simply cancel this event as suggested!
Our exclusive merchandise capsule for Children's Of Alabama remains available online (ALCHEMY x CHILDRENS OF ALABAMA MERCHANDISE) + In Store! In the event you made purchases online they will be available for pick up during regular business hours. For convenience we can provide shipping of goods as well if requests are made via email.

Alchemy Is Proud to Present An Official Race In Five Points South! We Will Start With A 5K For 2025, And Expand On This Foundational Foot Print Annually! We Pledge To Donate 100% Of Our Proceeds From Races, And Exclusive Race Related Merchandise To Local Organizations In This Community!
For 2025 We Have Partnered With Children's of Alabama In Efforts To Contribute To The Endless Support Provided To Families! Exclusive Merchandise In Partnership With Alchemy And New Balance Will Be Available For Purchase. Demo Shoes On A First Come First Serve Basis Will Be Available In Limited Quantities. Thank You For Your Continued Support!
Route: On this 3.1 mile route you will pass through the vibrant Five Points South Business District, and The University of Alabama at Birmingham campus. You will also have an opportunity to see our skyline view Including Children's Hospital and The Vulcan.

PARKING
Located adjacent to Pickwick Place, the Five Points South Parking Deck (2012 Magnolia Ave S, Birmingham, AL 35205) provides much needed parking in this historic entertainment district. Five Points is an entertainment district. You are welcomed to use public parking on any close by streets: 10th, 11th, 19th, and 20th. Carpooling is encouraged!
