Our vision is that all youth achieve their full potential.
Our mission is to create and support one-to-one mentoring relationships that ignite the power and promise of youth.
We partner with parents/guardians, volunteers and others in the community and hold ourselves accountable for each child in our program achieving:Higher aspirations, greater confidence, better relationships, avoidance of risky behaviors, and educational success.
Big Brothers Big Sisters of Flagstaff greatly relies on the generosity of individuals to support the organization’s annual operating budget. Gifts from caring people like you make it possible for our staff to recruit volunteer Big Brothers and Big Sisters and provide them with one-to-one expert advice and support.
