Virtual 5K for Haitian Education

The past four months have been really difficult for the beautiful country of Haiti. One things our staff and children tell us as they live through these heavy days is that routine and purpose help ground them. And providing both is where we need your support!

Join Chances for Children in our annual Virtual 5K by walking, running, biking, or hiking 3.1 miles to support our students and teachers in Haiti!  Your participation in Chances for Children’s virtual 5K will help over 600 students in our five schools continue to receive an education, something that 50% of Haiti’s children do not have access to.  Every bit of our proceeds from this event goes immediately to our education program in Haiti.  In a time where there is so much uncertainty in Haiti, it is important to offer these children something certain: a stable education thanks to caring teachers.  

Your participation in our race will help to provide tuition and supplies for these children and continued employment for their teachers so that they can continue to support their families. Whether you are a returning participant or new to our Virtual 5K, your help is a gift to the work we do.
