Description

The group is back and is better than ever! I’ve revamped and am raring to go! I hope you are too! We start with an info meeting on Monday, January 8, 2018 (location TBA).

This new program is 15 weeks and helps us get ready for the Napa Silverado Half Marathon on April 22, 2018, or any of the other races that day (half, 10K, or 5K)! 😉 The group will have interval Wednesdays at 6:00 p.m. and long run Saturdays at 7:30 a.m. at various locations.

What You’ll Get

  • Two coached workouts per week: intervals and a long run. Long run locations will vary as always, but one is the GOLDEN GATE BRIDGE!
