Description

Over the past twenty-five years, the Dove Dash has become one of the most anticipated fundraising events in Rancho Santa Margarita, drawing families, businesses, and community members year after year. This beloved community event is not only a day of fun but also an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

We are thrilled to announce the 2025 Dove Dash & Dog Dash, featuring both an in-person 5K and Walk-A-Thon, along with a virtual option, all in support of the High Hopes Head Injury Program. High Hopes (www.HighHopes.ws) is a 501(c)(3) charitable non-profit organization dedicated to raising funds for individuals suffering from Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Stroke, and Multiple Sclerosis (MS).

100% of the proceeds from this event will go directly toward providing scholarships for economically disadvantaged individuals to receive essential rehabilitation services at High Hopes. This support is critical in helping individuals regain their independence and quality of life. High Hopes is nationally recognized for its transformative rehabilitation programs, focused on assisting those affected by traumatic head injuries, strokes, and MS.

New for 2025: This year, we are excited to introduce a new event for your dogs to participate in! The addition of the Family 1K course opens up new opportunities for individuals of all abilities to join in the fun. We welcome walkers, runners, and families—whether using strollers, walkers, wheelchairs, or receiving assistance from caregivers. This inclusive event ensures everyone can be a part of the Dove Dash experience.

New Courses:
The 5K course has been revamped to take participants through the stunning streets of Dove Canyon, offering panoramic views of the surrounding hills, the Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, and the beautiful local neighborhoods. The updated route is designed to be more scenic and enjoyable, providing a memorable experience for all participants.

We are also excited to announce that dogs are welcome this year, allowing our four-legged friends to join in the fun! It’s a fantastic opportunity for families to come together, enjoy a day of exercise, and support an important cause.

We invite you to join us for the 2025 Dove Dash & Dog Dash—whether by running, walking, or supporting from the sidelines. Your participation will directly benefit those in need of life-changing rehabilitation, making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals affected by TBI, Stroke, and MS.
