On Jacksonville Beach, starting at the Jacksonville Beach Pier

RESCHEDULED FOR Sunday, October 1, 2017
Race Time
The race will begin at the Jacksonville Beach Pier on a course that will be ½ mile out and ½ mile back. The ½ mile turn will be dedicated to one of the very first Chemo Noir supporters and friends, Tara Newton Richardson, and there will be a cheering section and water station known as Tara’s Turn.

SUB 6 – elite and super fast runners that strive to complete the 1 mile run in under 6 minutes. This accomplishment will be awarded with a unique, custom SUB 6 hat sponsored by DOME HEADWEAR Co.
OPEN - 1 mile run and walk will commence. At the finish line we will recognize our sponsors and supporters.
1-3p // (TO BE CONFIRMED) TASTING EVENT at Shim Sham - exclusively for race participants. There will be a free wine tasting, Chemo Noir merchandise and a limited cash bar & food available. Coastal Wine Market, our proud wine partner, will be providing and pouring an abundance of delicious wines.
Online Registration Closing Date & Time
Registration is RE-OPENED AND will close on Saturday, September 23rd and packet pick-up will be Friday afternoon/evening prior to race day. More information will be provided regarding pick-up. Every race participant will receive a t-shirt, timing race bib, gym towel, official race sticker and race bag with goodies from our sponsors and partners.
Runner Amenities
Shirts
All runners registered two weeks prior to the race are guaranteed to receive a shirt of their requested size. All runners registering within two weeks of the race will receive a shirt as supplies permit.
Goodie Bags
Every race participant will receive a t-shirt, timing race bib, gym towel, official race sticker and race bag with goodies from our sponsors and partners.
Packet Pickup
Pre-Race Packet Pickup
Participants will need to pick up their shirt, bib, and goodie bag on Friday, September 29, 2017 (tentatively) at V's Pizza in Jacksonville Beach. More information on logistics will be available closer to race day.
Chip Timing
The race will be race bib timing chip. Bibs will be distributed at the packet pickup. All runners must cross the mat at the finish line with their chip properly attached to their shoe to score in the race. Bibs will not need to be returned after the race.
Race Information
Race times and dates are subject to change without notice at any time for any reason. In the event the race time or date is changed or if the race is cancelled, for any reason, there will not be any refunds under any circumstances. Race entries can not be transferred to other participants or other races in the event a participant can not attend. Once the race registration is made, the transaction if final. In the event of bad weather every effort will be made to conduct the race, however it may be moved to an alternate date, time, or cancelled within hours of the starting time. Please be sure to check the PRS Race Timing website and Facebook page for updates prior to departing to the race for any last minute changes or instructions. Registration by the participant constitutes agreement to the above.
