The Marietta Shamrock Shuffle 5k is a 5k run-walk event commencing and ending in the beautiful Marietta Square on Saturday, March 14, 2020. We encourage runners and walkers of all skill levels to join in on the fun! Proceeds to benefit the Marietta Police Athletic League (PAL).
Participants will receive a free t-shirt (if you registered before the shirt deadline) along with other goodies which can be picked up on Friday March 15, at 510 Lawrence Street NE, Marietta, GA 30060, Between 3:00pm - 7:00pm
Proceeds will benefit the Marietta Police Athletic League. Marietta PAL’s target population consists of youth who reside within the City of Marietta. PAL currently serves nearly 400 youth annually through existing sports, recreation, mentoring and education programs.
About Marietta PAL
The Marietta chapter of the PAL program began in 2007. This international program is designed to utilize sports as a basis for positive interaction between police officers and kids and supporting good decision making. Learn more at www.mariettapal.org.

Awards will be given to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place overall runners. Also, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd awards will be given in the following age groups: 12 and under; 13-18; 19-30; 31-40; 41-55; 56 and over.
Here is the schedule for race-day:
- 7:30am - Registration/Packet pickup begins
- 8:15am - Pre-race music warm up begins
- 8:50am - Pre-race announcements
- 9:00am - Race start
- 10:00am - Race Awards/Costume Contest Awards
Online registration will close at 11:59 am on 3/11/19, but onsite registration will be available the morning of the race from 7:30 am until 8:45 am.
T-shirts and or size selection cannot be guaranteed for onsite registrations.
