The YMCA Christmas Run presented by FORD

‘Tis the season to sparkle! Make this a December to remember with Santa, family, and friends at the YMCA Christmas Run presented by FORD!

Create a new tradition or continue a long-standing one! Celebrate the holiday season as a family by running or walking together. Brave the winter with the YMCA at the Christmas Run!

Join the festivities as Santa starts the race. Wear your holiday costumes for a chance to win the costume contest!

Enjoy the after race with a bagel from Blue Sky Bagels, a photo booth, and much more. Awards will be announced as soon as available in the Boise High School Cafeteria.

The 2026 Christmas Run will take place on Saturday, December 19th

1 Mile Reindeer Dash - 10:00 am
2 Mile Run - 10:15 am
6 Mile Run - 10:15 am

Course Maps FAQ's

Packet Pick-Up:

Friday, Dec 18th from 3–7 pm at Boise High School (1010 W Washington St.) in the cafeteria.

Come collect your bib, crew neck and race swag. The first 1,000 people to pick up their packets will receive Christmas Run Gloves. We highly recommend early packet pick-up to avoid the lines on Saturday morning.

Race Day pick-up will be available from 7:30am- 9:45am in the Boise High Cafeteria.
